The Sacrament of The Anointing of the Sick, formerly called Extreme Unction, is celebrated by a priest whenever a person is seriously ill. A person need not be in danger of death to receive this Sacrament. The Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick is available on the first Saturday of each month immediately following the 4:00 PM mass, or by appointment by calling the rectory.
